Escenarios que se presentan en distintas instituciones de nivel superior, en la formación de investigadores

Abstract

The study is a previous advance, on an investigation referring to the training of researchers in a private university in Chihuahua, Mexico, it is carried out, analyzing the panorama of different universities, referring to the training of researchers, taking into account, other investigations around this theme, visualizing the circumstances that both students and teachers live in the different educational establishments when training or being trained as researchers, in addition to identifying how teaching work is combined with research. It should be noted that it is a documentary bibliographical study in which research published by different authors is taken as a basis, denoting the events that took place in the educational institutions that they refer to in their studies, to later identify experiences that help to verify if there is a common pattern in the training of researchers, regardless of the institution where this activity is carried out. Within the findings, it was possible to see that there is a similarity in terms of the inexperience of the professors in research, that it is necessary to combine the activity of teaching and research, and that those professors who really have experience in research manage to make their teachers fall in love. students and train true researchers.
