The «parrhesía» and a new «distribution of the sensible»
The experiences of memory and justice in the neighborhood of La Boca and the political-pedagogical praxis of the Bachillerato Popular Germán Abdala

This article is part of the master's thesis entitled "Organizational practices of justice and care in the Bachillerato Popular Germán Abdala (2018)". Taking elements of political and social theory, we carry out a case analysis of a school of Social and Cooperative Management located in the neighborhood of La Boca in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. The objective is to show the territorial reconfigurations of the commemoration of the civic-military coup of March 24, 1976, in the face of situations of institutional violence experienced by young people during the years 2017 and 2018. In this way, we account for a structural phenomenon the democratic systems of América Latina and reveal the aesthetic and political link between the rituals for memory and the social movements that carry out Popular Education projects.
