Propuesta para realizar intervenciones recreativas

Recreational interventions contribute to the comprehensive training of children and young people, they are an inclusive space for people with disabilities, they improve the quality of life of older adults, for the general population they help maintain health, for this reason design is essential and application of recreational programs with a well-founded methodology. The objective is to carry out a methodological proposal of recreational interventions with an educational approach, although not limiting for other models; Its main characteristics are: it consists of 5 stages with a cyclical nature, the recreation professional acquires the role of researcher during and after the intervention, they are advised of activities with a logical order and with a pedagogical approach. In conclusion, the process of analysis and reflection is considered important once the recreational intervention has been applied, to identify strengths and weaknesses, in this way to constantly improve.
