Colloquium

Abstract

The Autonomous University of Chihuahua and the academic units are characterized by frequently offering Colloquia within the research activities; However, not all of the student community really know what a colloquium is, what it consists of, and even less interest in attending a research colloquium. In the Faculty of Physical Culture Sciences (FCCF), specifically, the Physical Culture Research Colloquium has been decreed as a monthly event; that in recent days its twenty-first edition was held with more than 70 research papers in this area and with approximately 100 attendees and/or participants during the day. But, we know in depth what a Colloquium is. Therefore, this article has the purpose of showing the main definitions of colloquium and the description of the physical culture research colloquium that takes place within this faculty.
