Abstract

The present reflection seeks, on the one hand, the establishment of a critique of the philosophical assumptions that determine, give cause and promote education in our present time, from proposals such as those of UNESCO and the OECD. On the other hand, the displacement of critical theory, based on one of the sociological assumptions of the first Frankfurt School; as a source of possibility to carry out or overcome the conjectures of modernity in which Latin America has succumbed, which we will call capitalism in its neoliberal political administration. As well as contributing to generate new forms of political relationship with knowledge based on the displacement of critical theory diagnosis and a reflection linked to cognitive capitalism. In this sense seeks to propose a context for educational philosophical debate, where the productive, material and subjective displacement of the needs required by the capitalist (neoliberal) model, have already left diluted the premises of modern criticism
