Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• The author must include a bioethics letter with the approval of the relevant bioethics committee if studies, animal experiments or sensory evaluation of foods are included.
• The author should nominate 3 potential referees related to the area of expertise in este link
• The author should upload the manuscript in Word for production (available at https://revistascientificas.uach.mx/index.php/tecnociencia/formatos).
• The author must upload the manuscript in Word for review. This file is a copy of the manuscript in Word for production, but will be edited without the names of the authors and institutions to send this blinded file for review with the referees.
• The author will send the cover letter of the manuscript (available at https://revistascientificas.uach.mx/index.php/tecnociencia/formatos).
• The Author should upload the Tables and Figures files for production (specifications described in the Tables, Figures and Equations section of the Authors' Guide https://revistascientificas.uach.mx/index.php/tecnociencia/guiaautores).
• The Author should upload a Graphical Abstract (features described in the Additional Material section of the Authors' Guide https://revistascientificas.uach.mx/index.php/tecnociencia/guiaautores).
