Análisis de la implementación de la NOM- 035 en las empresas mexicanas con base a una política pública

Abstract

The economic development of companies is not easy, they have to constantly reinvent themselves to meet the requirements and the consequent national and international changes, which is why this article attempts to harmonize the NOM guidelines. -035- SPTS-2018, as a result of which significant changes were made to contracts and personnel management; On the other hand, the Covid-19 pandemic has created special circumstances; Governments and businesses have changed the way they work and face a multifaceted willingness to comply with NOM-035 to seek public policy advice to facilitate these changes and mitigate the business situation. and private, which is reflected in the economic benefits of work for the health and well-being of the population, thus achieving benefits for public health. A qualitative and exploratory approach to the literature was used to analyze and evaluate the possibility of formulating a national policy to solve the problem, based on legislation, articles from competent authorities and formal studies on the topic.
