Abstract

The job satisfaction of the worker in municipal sports institutes in Mexico depends on several factors such as the work environment, autonomy and decision-making, recognition and reward, opportunities for growth and development, balance between work and personal life, among others. The objective of this research was to analyze the degree of satisfaction of the employees of the north sports center of the Municipal Institute of Physical Culture and Sport (IMCFD). The population was 19 workers from the North Sports Center (37% women and 63% men) to whom the Satisfaction Questionnaire for Workers was applied. The most relevant results obtained are that 68.4% of workers are very satisfied globally in the performance of their work and 57.9% are very satisfied with the conditions of their work. Conclusion the satisfaction of the workers of the North Sports Center with respect to their work area according to age group and work area is very satisfied.
