Implicaciones sociales y éticas del personalismo de Emmanuel Mounier

Abstract

The purpose of E. Mounier's community personalism is to provide every human being with the appropriate intellectual tools so that each individual recognizes himself as a person, a fact that if carried out in the correct way has to transform the life of whoever lives it, and with it, it would also affect the society in which it operates. This line of thought starts from the attempt to decipher the mystery that surrounds the concept of person and that soon discovers its foundation in the creation of God, being himself a person, gave the human being part of that essence and gave him the freedom to develop in the world as he sees it. Hence, personalism carries, since the beginning, a strong ethical disposition that leads us to analyze its principles in the society in which we live.
