The job performance evaluation system is a crucial tool to improve human resources management in educational institutions. This investigation aims to propose a specific performance evaluation system for the administrative staff of the Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. The research used a quantitative, descriptive and field approach, complemented with a survey applied to administrative staff. The results revealed widespread dissatisfaction due to the lack of clarity in the evaluation criteria and in the conveyance of the results. Based on these findings, a system is proposed that prioritizes transparency, constructive feedback and work motivation. This system seeks not only to improve individual performance, but also to foster a more positive and productive work environment, aligned with institutional objectives.
