Benefits of the implementation of the Home Office, Document review

Abstract

The main objective of this writing was to determine the benefits of home office implementation. To do this, a documentary review was carried out, highlighting its origins, definitions and ways of naming this form of work. The steps that must be carried out for its implementation were addressed, the considerations that the company must take into account before implementing it, as well as the advantages of establishing it as a work model within an organization. The research is qualitative, applied and descriptive, supported by bibliographic files.
