Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, organizations face the challenge of retaining human talent from new generations, who are characterized by their search for purpose, autonomy, and emotional connection with work. This article analyzes the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a strategic tool to strengthen the retention of young talent from an ethical perspective. It explores its main applications in human resources processes, such as career path personalization, data analysis, and turnover prediction. The article also addresses the ethical risks related to AI use, including privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and the dehumanization of labor processes. Emphasizing a humanistic approach, it proposes recommendations for a balanced and responsible use of AI in organizational settings.
