This is a descriptive study of family disintegration as a factor linked to the antisocial behavior of adolescents interned in the Criminal Justice Center in the State of Guerrero. The family nucleus performs transcendental functions such as educating, socializing, influencing moral and ethical values, it is essential to know the state of the family and its relationship with the conduct in conflict with the criminal law of adolescents. It considers three variables: divorce, migration and death of the father or mother, which reflect an increase in the rate of family disintegration and consequently the existence of antisocial behaviors in adolescents
