This paper analyzes the human right to higher education and its protection during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur Campus Los Cabos and the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Los Cabos, through the application of actions and strategies for academic continuity. Qualitative case study through non-participatory observation, documentary type, with non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The findings showed that the institutions provided their services, with availability, accessibility, acceptability and adaptability, despite the challenges of distance learning, guaranteeing the right to higher education.
