Once again, we have the honor and privilege of presenting to the university community a new volume of the journal Ubi Societas Ibi Ius Online. In this edition, readers will find a rigorous selection of scientific articles addressing various disciplines of Law.

In an unprecedented achievement for the Secretariat of Research and Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Law, I am pleased to announce that our journal, Ubi Societas Ibi Ius Online, has received recognition from the National System of Scientific and Humanities Publications (SNPCyH) 2026, granted by the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation (SECIHTI), thanks to the active participation of its Editorial Committee and its national and international peer reviewers.

This distinction strengthens the journal's prestige and impact. Furthermore, thanks to its solid editorial structure, we are confident that it will pave the way for future international indexing opportunities.

We are certain that this distinction will bring countless benefits to our Faculty, its editorial team, and, particularly, to the academic community that makes up the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. We will continue working to provide an editorial platform that meets the highest standards of quality and offers scientific support for the research conducted by all our researchers.

The inclusion of our journal in the National Registry of the National System of Scientific and Humanities Publications guarantees users the principles of excellence and quality throughout all our operational processes. This recognition enables us to comprehensively optimize the stages of manuscript submission, peer review, content validation, revision of observations, and dissemination of scientific research.

In keeping with this commitment, our journal now raises its standards of efficiency and quality in the production of scientific knowledge, thereby enriching the levels of debate and discussion surrounding the various issues that challenge the Constitutional Rule of Law in Mexico and in different regions of the world on a daily basis.

For the reasons stated above, we will continue promoting scientific research in Law in all its forms, as part of our institutional commitment to the free exchange of ideas, intellectual contribution, and the comprehensive development of critical thinking.
