Victim legal advisor as a part in a human rights protection trail

This article analyzes the intervention of a victim's legal counsel in a human rights protection trail during a criminal proceeding.
As a part of this study it was analized the rules of criminal procedures and protection trail lawsuits, and the precedents declared by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation regarding the legal counsel's authority to file an protection lawsuit on behalf of and represent the victim or injured party in defense of their fundamental rights that may be affected in a criminal proceeding.
