Globalization and technological advances have transformed the scope of sports entities. Today it is required that the analysis of this type of organizations be approached from theories and models characterized by a modern vision; Its study must be carried out based on comprehensive knowledge that begins with the analysis of the type and quality of the management that it has to operate and manage in an adequate and professional manner. This implies that everything required by organizational management and operation is analyzed. The objective of this article is to present an organizational model that evaluates the quality of management in sports organizations, given that they must operate efficiently in highly competitive environments, not only in the sports space but also in the economic space, regardless of their public nature, private or social. For this purpose, the organizational theory regarding the evaluation of an organization is taken as a reference and an appropriate model is proposed with its respective adaptations, additions and improvements to the sports field, for this type of entities, concluding in the contribution that is made as an instrument that serves to determine in a rational, coherent and professional manner the quality of management in an organization that has its reason for being and existing in the sport.
