The present paper will talk about training situation in Mexican companies, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law, it is mandatory, and it is also regulated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. The document will first present the introduction where the situation of companies, employed personnel and training in Mexico is contextualized. In the development, the concept of training and training is shown, the advantages of the company when training its employees, it is also mentioned because training is a tool to trigger change, on the other hand, the legal framework to which the company is subject will be exposed. training in Mexico, both in rights, obligations and sanctions, in addition to some research carried out on labor matters that integrate the topic of training, the topic of innovation in training is reviewed, such as the use of technology, in addition to the metrics that could used to measure the impact of training.
