Parameters of Interpretation of Human Rights in the current Block of Constitutionality

The purpose of this article is to contribute to technical and specialized knowledge of fundamental rights in the context of a Constitutional and Democratic State of Law; In addition, the link with the rights incorporated in international treaties, the modalities, criteria and principles of their interpretation, the techniques of conflict resolution between rights, the skills to carry out an adequate and effective control of constitutionality and diffuse conventionality and ex officio, as well as protection techniques lato sensu, by administrative and judicial bodies, both in the Mexican constitutional field and in the Inter-American System, are sought.
