The Alimony security in the process of family law into the state of Guerrero

The purpose of this article is to provide a solution to the problem of securing alimony. By means of the analytical-descriptive method, the consequences generated by alimony in the family process are approached, from its conceptualization as the way of being granted, as well as the way of guaranteeing it in a more effective way indicated by the substantive family legislation, going through its methodological development within the jurisdictional process, in the route of determining who are the persons entitled to receive alimony, concluding with the solution of the assurance of alimony by means of diverse criteria.
