Halterofilia y derivados del levantamiento olímpico para el desarrollo del rendimiento deportivo. Una revisión de literatura

Resumen: La halterofilia es un deporte caracterizado por manifestar altos niveles de fuerza y potencia, ya que, durante la realización de sus movimientos se presenta un alto nivel de potencia pico. En el cual, se ejecutan dos movimientos principales: clean and jerk (envión), así como el snatch (arranque) con el objetivo de mover el mayor peso posible iniciando desde una posición de peso muerto desde el piso y culminando por encima de la cabeza. En relación a lo anterior, el desarrollo de la fuerza es fundamental para el rendimiento deportivo de distintas disciplinas. Por ello, la halterofilia es utilizada como metodología de entrenamiento como estímulo de fuerza muscular, velocidad y potencia. Objetivo: brindar una visión de la implementación de los levantamientos olímpicos de la halterofilia y sus derivados en la preparación física a través del entrenamiento de fuerza.
