This article analyzes the cinematographic work Pulp fiction by filmmaker Quentin Tarantino from an aesthetic and epistemic perspective. According to Arthur Danto, contemporary art brings together a series of qualities that define it and differentiate it from other types of artistic expressions; some characteristics mentioned by the philosopher are present in the cinematographic work.  One of the categories of Modernity is subjectivity and this transcends contemporary times, which is why Tarantino reflects a subjective view in the way he tells the story, his style does not include a single perspective of events, but rather gives them all a voice. the characters of his film. This is supported with technical resources that result in a masterpiece of contemporary cinema.
