Open Acces Policy

Economicus Journal of Business and Economics Insights (JBEI), an open access and entirely free journal for readers and authors that encourages the reuse and self-archiving of its articles in databases, repositories, directories, and international information systems. The journal does not charge any fees for publication, meaning there are no costs for authors, and access to its content is completely open and free. Economicus JBEI operates under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), retaining only the publication rights of works, both in print and digital versions.

1. Copyright
1.1. The Autonomous University of Chihuahua retains the copyright of published works and allows their reuse under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
1.1.a. The authorship and original source of the publication must be cited (journal, publisher, URL, and DOI of the work).
1.1.b. The content must not be used for commercial or profitable purposes.
1.1.c. The existence and specifications of this usage license must be mentioned.
1.2. The publication will assign a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to each article.

2. Open Access Policy
2.1. Economicus Journal of Business and Economics Insights (JBEI) is an Open Access journal, available without any temporal restrictions.

3. Self-archiving Policy
3.1. Authors are permitted to reuse published works, meaning they can archive the post-print (the final version after peer review or the publisher's PDF) for non-commercial purposes, including depositing it in institutional repositories, subject-specific repositories, or personal web pages.

4. Reader Rights
4.1. Readers have the right to read all our articles for free immediately after publication. This publication does not charge any fees for publication or access to its material.

5. Automatic Publishing
5.1. Economicus Journal of Business and Economics Insights (JBEI) will make its articles available in trusted third-party repositories immediately after publication.

6. Archiving
6.1. The Institutional Repository of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua digitally archives and ensures indexing of published articles.

7. Machine Readability and Interoperability
7.1. The full text, metadata, and citations of the articles can be tracked and accessed with permission. Our open social policy also allows for the readability of files and their metadata, promoting interoperability under the OAI-PMH protocol for open data and open-source code. The files, including complete publications and segmented by articles, are available in open formats such as HTML, XML, and also in PDF, E-Pub, facilitating readability on any device and computing platform.

8. Privacy Statement
8.1. The names, addresses, and other personal information entered in this journal will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in it and will not be provided to third parties or used for other purposes.
