Socialización organizacional asociada a satisfacción laboral y calidad de vida de trabajadores de la IME

El objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar las relaciones entre la socialización organizacional, la calidad de vida y satisfacción laboral en trabajadores de mandos medios de la Industria Maquiladora de Exportación (IME) de Ciudad Juárez. Se trata de un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance correlacional y de corte transversal, con una muestra de 197 trabajadores del sector mencionado. Los datos fueron recolectados entre febrero y abril de 2025, y analizados con los software SPSS 25 y WarpPLS 7. Los resultados sugieren que es posible mantener un nivel óptimo de satisfacción laboral si se cuenta con un proceso de socialización organizacional adecuado, lo que también puede impactar en la calidad de vida laboral de los empleados.
