The objective is to determine whether the Mexican State's legal framework is sufficient to guarantee the right to health for migrant children—specifically in the state of Chihuahua—using a qualitative approach based on exploratory and descriptive documentary legal research. By employing doctrinal-legal and analytical methods to examine applicable legislation and analyzing the "block of constitutionality"—comprising the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, international treaties, Advisory Opinion OC-21/14, Amparo proceedings Review Case 81/2021, and Contradiction of Theses 293/2011. It is concluded that the legal framework is sufficient.
